Jams, jellies, and preserves made from fruit picked close to home. Muscadine, fig, blackberry, and pepper jelly are all cooked down in small kettles. Made for hot biscuits and cream cheese on a cracker.

You picked when it was ready, whether you had time or not. Muscadines off the fence, figs behind the shed, blackberries paid for in chigger bites. These jars are what came of it.
